  I had been talking to six different dealerships before I connected with Nate, and honestly, most of them treated me like just another number. No effort to understand what I actually needed for my family. That changed the second I started working with Nate. He actually listened. Asked the right questions. Took the time to find the right truck, not just a truck. And he nailed it. The trade in process was smooth and straightforward. No games. No pressure. Just handled the way it should be. Nate also walked me through all the electronics and RV hitch setup so I wasn’t leaving there guessing. I drove away feeling confident, not overwhelmed. Then things got even better. While I was signing for the truck, I spotted my dream car sitting in the showroom. Next thing I know, Nate and Brennan made that deal happen too. No pressure tactics, just solid numbers and a team that knew how to make it work. They literally turned a great purchase into a dream come true which is something I’ll never forget. What really stood out though was the little stuff. Nate knew I had a 5 hour drive back home, and he went out of his way to grab me a couple energy drinks for the road. That’s the kind of service you just don’t see anymore. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually treats you like a person, not a paycheck, go see Nate and Brennan. Straight shooters, great to work with, and they get it done. I’ll absolutely be back and refer my family and friends.

  I had one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had at this dealership. The entire process was smooth, stress free, and honestly way easier than I expected. Matt was outstanding from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was his dedication. He stayed three hours after his scheduled shift just to make sure the deal got done and even returned my rental back to enterprise. That level of commitment is rare, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. This dealership is lucky to have someone like Matt on their team. If you’re looking for a new car and want a hassle free experience, I highly recommend asking for Matt.

  Edit 2: I have to edit this again so the 16 astroturfed reviews don’t bury it. Apparently 15 of Brennan’s customers all organically decided to leave 5-star reviews 3 days after I posted a negative one. Way to go, Brennan! Also downgrading from 2 stars to 1 because we still haven’t heard anything after 6 more days. Our day-of-sale experience with Matthew was good, but despite that you are better off going somewhere else. Edit 1: I have to amend this review. Our sales experience with Matthew was good, but the customer service stopped after that. When purchasing, I specifically asked to have a Warn winch installed on our Jeep. The sales/service department took a few weeks to schedule us. I assumed it was to allow time for our winch to come in. The service rep told us that he would need to put a different bumper on ours to fit the winch, and when I said that I thought Jeep steel bumpers were built to receive a Warn, he told me that wasn’t the case. After getting our vehicle back, I didn’t think to check the winch brand until I got home, and noticed they installed a cheap brand I didn’t ask for. I assume this explains the bumper question. I called the service department to report the issue, and they referred me to the sales managers. I called several times to speak to a sales manager and kept getting told that one would call back. None of them did. After several calls over several days, I was finally put through to a sales manager who was available. He told me that the brand wasn’t specified on my sales documents, and Matthew told him that we were given the opportunity to select a specific one from the parts shop, but we never were. The sales manager said that because we didn’t select a specific one, they installed one they already had in stock and that he would have service put a Warn on if I pay more for half of it. This was after him demanding to know why I “want a Warn, anyway.” It doesn’t matter; it’s what I asked for! He then said that service

  We spent a lot of time with Matthew and Drew. They were both awesome to work with. We ordered a 2026 America 250 Durango only to find out that Dodge couldn't deliver on time! How do you offer a car for the 250th anniversary and not deliver on time for the anniversary?! If I could give Dodge a 0 or 1 star, I would. Luckily we had Matthew and Drew to work with. The two of them spent countless hours looking for a different Durango for us. Unfortunately, we had some things come up and could no longer go with a Durango. These two were very understanding, and helped us find a GMC Canyon, which we are really enjoying. Again, a big shout out and thank you to Matthew and Drew for going above and beyond!

  I have had numerous issues with my Rubicon 4xe. Young Dodge Service has been great on quick turnarounds with complicated recalls and helping me navigate other warranty issues. Highly recommend them, especially Landon the service writer for keeping me informed and getting work done accurately.
