  Max made the entire car-buying experience seamless, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. I came in planning only to compare the Ford Raptor and the Ram Rebel, and I was upfront about not expecting to buy that day. Max completely respected that from the start and never once made me feel pressured. Instead, he focused on understanding what I was looking for, answering every question thoroughly, and walking me through the features and differences between the trucks with incredible knowledge and professionalism. What really stood out was how easy he was to talk to — he built great rapport and made the whole process feel comfortable and low-stress. By the end of the experience, I felt fully informed and confident in my decision, and Max ultimately sold me on the Ram Rebel. I couldn’t be happier with both the truck and the experience. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and truly customer-focused, ask for Max. Highly recommend!

  My husband and I were traveling from Florida to The U.P Michigan when our 2025 2500 diesel service dealership light came on for the DEF, only 150 miles and we would go into 5mph LIMP mode. I called 4 other dealerships and no one would look at it booked out 2-3 weeks. Biggest Thanks to Zimmer Ram service Manager for telling use if I can’t get in to come in so they can at least try . They did a great job at taking us in right away and getting us back on the road shortly. Thanks so Much if I lived in the area I would definitely be doing all my business with them. If you’re shopping and live in the area I highly recommend them!!!

  I purchased an electronic rack and pinion for a Dodge Durango from them. The first unit I received had clearly already been opened and installed before. I was assured it was fine to use, so I installed it — only to find out it already had another VIN programmed into it. Once a VIN is written into these units, it cannot be rewritten. After almost a month, they sent a replacement. I installed the second rack, but it would not communicate or program at all. Zimmer told me to bring the vehicle to them so they could inspect it. After keeping it for two weeks, they confirmed the rack they supplied was defective as well. They then ordered a third rack and pinion, which took another three weeks to arrive. Thankfully, the third one finally worked. Despite supplying TWO defective parts and costing me countless hours of labor and delays, Zimmer refuses to cover any warranty labor reimbursement. This repair pays 6.4 labor hours each time the rack is replaced. On top of that, they even charged me diagnostic time just to confirm that the part THEY sold me was defective. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor warranty support.

  My husband and I were looking for a reliable 4WD vehicle for our family and had a great experience with Max who helped us fit our desired needs! He was reasonable and honest with helping us really get what we wanted in a vehicle! We went with a grand Cherokee and love it! Max is one of the best sales men we’ve dealt with and he helped me feel comfortable when test driving and he answered all my technology questions! I would recommend this location as well as Max as a salesmen to anyone! We didn’t wait long at all to be helped! As well as they did a great inspection on our vehicle and detailing!

  Bought a van, they said their mechanics checked it out and everything was all good well here we are 5000 miles later and the transmission is completely out of it thanks Zimmer appreciate that also if you're planning to buy a car from them and expecting to get the warranty that is advertised don't it is fake as soon as you get in there they get ready to buy the vehicle they change everything around and say all well that's a vehicle doesn't come with the warrant
