“Mechanical service is great, never had a problem. Service managers come and go like a revolving door, had a few very good ones in the past but after a few years they leave, not sure why, ( pay? culture? hours ?). Came in for a redo for state inspection sticker, after an hour wait, noticed my vehicle hadn't move from where I parked it. Inquired about status, personnel said they were terrible sorry and would expedite the redo inspection, half an hour or so inspection completed. Hopefully someone learned a lesson.”
