“My husband took my car in for routine maintenance like he always does and Harley was absolutely wonderful like she always is. Then our sales guy who originally sold us the car, Victor, calls (are you even a good sales guy if you don’t call up on your previous customers?) tells my husband that they are having some good incentives right now. We weren’t in the market, only had the car for about 2 years. But my husband said he would entertain it if he can fulfill a few things that would be an absolute must before he even talks to me about it. And boy did Victor deliver! So off to the dealership I went, admittedly filled with skepticism, but an open mind. Fell in love with the vehicle. He not only showed what my husband said, there was soooo much more! He was honest, he was kind, he was patient, there was no bait and switch, no over promise under deliver, no showing or promising something that was outside of what we wanted or needed. I have never signed so fast in my life. Then we went to finance. Normally this is where the story would shift and that’s where you MIGHT feel negative feelings. We met with Carlos, who was our finance guy the first time we signed. He is so easy to talk to, explains things clearly, doesn’t pressure, doesn’t try to talk you into things, it’s his job to see you add ons, however at no point do you ever feel pressure to buy add ons. He allows you the ability to take your time, read, ask, contemplate. When you ask a question you never feel stupid or talked down to. He has a wonderful personality and sense of humor.
It was truly a wonderful experience all around!
So Harley, Victor, Carlos, thank you.
If you need service, go to Harley.
If you want someone who shows you exactly what you are asking for go see Victor.
If you are going into signing, try to get with Carlos!
10/10 highly recommend the three of them!”
