“*update is listed below our original review* Although I was ultimately unable to finalize a deal, I wanted to take a moment to share my very positive experience with this dealership. From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and respectful throughout the entire process even with me being frustrated and feeling defeated after visiting 10 other different dealerships. What stood out most to me especially compared to several other dealerships I visited was the fairness and clarity of the out-the-door pricing. Unlike others that added excessive fees (some exceeding $3,000), the eagle dealership maintained very reasonable and straightforward costs, which I truly appreciated. In my situation, I needed to stay within a specific out-the-door budget. While we came very close after negotiations, we weren’t quite able to align on the final numbers. That said, I genuinely believe this is one of the best dealerships I’ve worked with, and I would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a vehicle.
