“My mother purchased a vehicle from this dealership and shortly after the purchase began experiencing mechanical issues. The vehicle is currently back at the dealership for inspection due to concerns about coolant loss. One of the biggest frustrations has been the lack of communication with Ramon the Saleman and Glen the GM. We were also told that a loaner vehicle would be provided, but obtaining the promised loaner has been difficult and has added to the inconvenience. We are still waiting for a diagnosis and final resolution from the dealership. I will update this review based on how the issue is ultimately handled.”
