“I had an unfortunate accident on on the evening of April 9, and on the evening of April 10 I walked out of this dealership the owner of a 2025 Nissan Kicks. The true blessing was the amazing professionalism and care, Malik Nelson and Brian Amis, took of my mother and me. These two gentlemen were just that, gentle. We spent more time building a relationship and trust through life conversations, than hearing them pressure me into a vehicle. We laughed. We shared stories. Mom even enjoyed the playlist. The time the four of us spent together was more about relationships than sales, which made me feel comfortable with purchasing from them. I walked into this dealership just to look, I had no idea what I was looking for because the need was fresh. It was the second dealership of the day that I had visited and to note the first was a bad experience, but I knew after a couple of hours that even if I didn't make a decision or purchase that night, I was going back to give them my business. Very quickly I realized we had built a trust, and they cared and heard me. The entire atmosphere was welcoming. Everyone that passed us by was friendly and acknowledged us. Malik, our salesman, that I will call a "sales professional", aka "Baby face", was a breath of fresh air, still getting his feet wet in his profession but kind, respectful, and attentive.
