“I had an unfortunate accident on on the evening of April 9, and on the evening of April 10 I walked out of this dealership the owner of a 2025 Nissan Kicks.
The true blessing was the amazing professionalism and care, Malik Nelson and Brian Amis, took of my mother and me.
These two gentlemen were just that, gentle.
We spent more time building a relationship and trust through life conversations, than hearing them pressure me into a vehicle. We laughed. We shared stories. Mom even enjoyed the playlist. The time the four of us spent together was more about relationships than sales, which made me feel comfortable with purchasing from them. I walked into this dealership just to look, I had no idea what I was looking for because the need was fresh. It was the second dealership of the day that I had visited and to note the first was a bad experience, but I knew after a couple of hours that even if I didn't make a decision or purchase that night, I was going back to give them my business. Very quickly I realized we had built a trust, and they cared and heard me.
The entire atmosphere was welcoming. Everyone that passed us by was friendly and acknowledged us. To include one of the owners, who even went out of his way to make my mom feel comfortable and smile by providing her with snacks because she had on her "I'm not going to let y'all walk all over my baby" face on😊. The whole vibe of the dealership was inviting and felt like a wonderful place to work for those looking.
Malik, our salesman, that I will call a "sales professional", aka "Baby face", was a breath of fresh air, still getting his feet wet in his profession but kind, respectful, and attentive. He enlisted "Pastor" Brian Amis, who had a bit more experience to help walk him through showing us options available online.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2026 Jeep Gladiator and Jeep Wrangler vehicles. The walls for the steel wheels may be too thin, allowing them to crack or detach, which can result in a loss of vehicle control.
Risk: Loss of vehicle control increases the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the steel wheels and valve stems, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 4, 2026. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 05D. Child Seat: Vehicle Tether Anchor

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2026 Jeep Wrangler vehicles. The child seat tether welds on the second-row, right-side seat frame may be insufficient, which can reduce the seat's ability to properly restrain a child during a crash. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 225, "Child Restraint Anchorage Systems."
Risk: A child that is not properly restrained during a crash can have an increased risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the second-row, right-side seat frame, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 29, 2026. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 27D. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will become searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning April 16, 2026.
