“On a chilly Saturday November morning, my husband and I decided to look at cars. We were looking at the Rougue and Johnny came out and greeted us in the parking lot. Johnny was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable about the car's equipment and functions. While we were talking about the Rougue my eyes shifted to the Murano and the Pathfinder. Johnny then gave us information on the Murano and the Pathfinder. We told him we would think about it. We never felt rushed, pressured, or like it was “just about the sale.” When I decided that I wanted a 2026 white Pathfinder, he started looking for one. Halfway through the process I changed my mind on the color. Johnny went above and beyond to locate a two tone black and white 2026 Pathfinder with the accessories I wanted. Johnny truly listened to my wants and needs throughout the entire process. Two days after my purchase, Johnny called me to ask how everything was going with my new car. I told him “Sophia” and I are enjoying getting our wiggles out.
