“I came back to this dealership because I had a good experience buying here before, and again the manager and salesman were great to work with. The purchase itself went smoothly, and I had no complaints with the sales process. My only issue was with the detailing. The dealership closed before it could be done, despite me being there for hours, which I understood. I came back another day as requested, waited over an hour and a half, and when I got the vehicle back it was clear it had not been properly detailed. That part was very disappointing, especially after making another long trip. Overall, the buying experience was good, but the follow through on the detailing did not match the level of service I expected. I feel a little disrespected to be honest. I don't know if it's because the car was already sold so it wasn't important to them or they just thought only sticker residue needed to be removed but it definitely wasn't even close to what a detail should be. I wish I would've inspected it closer to let someone know before I left the lot.”
