“The building is just a month old and looks very modern. I would have given them 5 stars if I was notified when my car was ready. I was texted with a video of the inspection from the technician with recommendations for service. I was able to respond remotely and sign electronically to authorize service. After waiting several hours, I went to see the service representative but I later found out that she was literally out to lunch. Someone of the other five people at the service desk should have contacted me while I waited in their very modern waiting area. The restroom was immaculate. You can wait in the large waiting room or a smaller office setting with a television if desired. For the most part the staff was courteous including the receptionist who even asked about the book I was reading (nice personal touch). I just wish I was notified when the vehicle was ready. Other than what I stated, I would recommend this service department.”
