I did not want this to escalate like it has, but I’ve been left with no choice after days of being patient and nice about issues and still no response from management. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had after a car purchase and it’s trickled down from the GM himself. I purchased a 26 QX60 at the end of February and it’s been a nightmare since day 2 of owning it. On day 2, I went down to the dealership on my own time to drop off the second fob from the car I traded in and let them know that the car was dirty, had fingerprints all over it, and had oil splatters all over the outside. They took it back to wash it, and when me and some random salesman went out to look at it, I noticed there was a giant bolt in my front passenger tire. This was definitely not there prior to arriving. After he told me multiple times to just take it to discount tire instead of trying to offer any assistance that the dealership could do, I left. He was more concerned about setting me up with some app instead of trying to help me. This was on a Sunday and all the discount tires and tire shops were closed. As I was driving home, I could hear the bolt loudly tinking as I was driving. This was definitely not present when I drove there. Unfortunately this left me stranded on the freeway with a flat tire when the bolt came loose. I had to call them multiple times and inform them what happened and have them come pick up the car. My husband then went down to the dealership to retrieve an AirTag out of my old car and spoke to the GM who seemed like he was upset about the situation and offered a restaurant gift card for the trouble since it was such a nightmare. We still don’t have this gift card after asking about it twice now and it’s been a month and a half already. Then they bring me in for a reconnect appointment and I mentioned the cars AC is musty, the pro pilot is pulling to the right too much, and the headlights are pointed at the ground. Due to them not having a full staff on

Dylan did a great job explaining our options and Michael of Finance did not force us into warranties we did not want. The process was very pleasant compared to our previous experience.

My wife and I have always been fans of Infiniti. Over the years, we’ve owned three and recently decided to upgrade our Q60 to the 2026 model. We were also comparing it to a Cadillac SUV, but seeing the Q60 in person made the difference. The brown interior with the gold platinum exterior was absolutely beautiful, and honestly, I’m not sure we would have made a purchase if we hadn’t seen that exact car in the showroom. The service at the dealership was excellent from start to finish. Both the salesperson and the finance team were professional, helpful, and easy to work with. There was zero pressure, which made the entire experience feel relaxed and comfortable and helped us make a confident decision. I highly recommend working with this dealership.

I bought a car on the 18th of December and four days after the check engine light came on. My gas tank has a crack and needs to be replaced. There was a clicking sound with the back right tire whenever you would press the brake and the tire has popped and left me stranded on the road. Whatever inspection it goes through prior is redundant as it didn’t actual catch anything. The rim got cracked because the dealership did not put the bolts back on the caliper leaving it to hang on the rotor. I just received a call saying they just want to replace the caliper and add the bolts that were never placed on. And let me drive on the same tire and rim with the scratch and all through rim and the big crack that caused my tire to popped in the first place. Extremely big safety issue. When they took possession back of the car to replace the tire and rim. I was informed over a phone call that nothing was wrong with the tire and rim and could pick up the car later that day. I had already sent the photo of the rim to three other people, but I sent it again to have them look at the actual tire. I didn’t receive a call back for days after that. I had to go in person to get answers. Their employees looked at the spare tire that was put on, despite being told the tire with the damage was in the trunk twice. So I waited over the weekend, when I went back in person to discuss all the issues I had been having Chris made it a point to antagonize me and say well when did I say any of this to you, when have I said we weren’t gonna look into as if who said it is the bigger issue than it being said to me. He also informed me that I should be grateful because he gave me a 100,000 dollar car to drive while mine was getting fixed. Mind you they put my life in danger by not properly securing the caliper onto the rotor, but I should be grateful for the car I am in due to their negligence. By the end of almost two weeks, they replaced what was necessary. However, it does not take away how I was tre

We had the best and most painless experience buying a car here! Kendrick and Martin were both fabulous in helping us out, answering our questions, and getting us the prices we needed. This was the quickest car buying experience as well. We will definitely be back.
