“Great service guy! Did the best he could to keep me informed on the status of my car. My car was there longer than I expected but, at least I knew what was going on. It wasn't anything they did, things happen. I appreciate you!! Still disagree with being denied coverage for the factory paint, with additional protection paint, peeling off front bumper. I understand gravel chips but, no chip either place. Still under warranty. Honestlywouldn't recommend the "extra coverage". Even the original warranty isn't upheld. This was decided by the General Manager, not Service guy. I give 5 stars to service and 3 stars to General Manager. That's why I gave 4 stars”
