I had a great experience with the sales team at Kia. However, their service department is unresponsive and difficult to work with. I will never purchase another vehicle at this dealership due to these issues. Firstly, within 32 days of purchasing my vehicle the Turbo and other components of my engine broke. Shortly after these issues were fixed at the Kia in St. Cloud (where we had a wonderful experience) my engine started shaking aggressively while idling. We brought it into Kia of Fargo and they were unable to identify any issues. We eventually agreed to do a fuel induction service to problem shoot the issue. This service was completed on a Saturday, 4 days after we dropped the vehicle off. We did not receive an update until the following Tuesday, even though we called multiple times. On that Tuesday they reassured my husband that the issue was fixed. When my husband arrived to pick up the vehicle, they realized a sensor had broke and they could not return the vehicle after an hour and a half of my husband sitting there. They reassured us that the vehicle would be fixed the next day. When my husband called (multiple times) on that Wednesday, they told him they would not get the part until Thursday. I had to leave town that weekend so on Thursday morning I picked up a rental vehicle. At that time, they reassured us that we could pick up the vehicle that afternoon. We did not hear back from them until that Saturday. When we finally received a response, they informed us that they could not find our keys and that we would not be able to pick up the vehicle until Monday, nearly two weeks after we dropped off the vehicle. We were told this was a simple "miscommunication" and that there was nothing they could do. I am unsure why my vehicle was finished for two and a half days without us being notified, and why they chose to hold the vehicle for 5 days after services were completed and paid for. I have attempted to call the manager to discuss my concern
