“I came in for a repair on my vehicle and left with a new one! Donna did an excellent job of capitalizing on my “walk through the lot”. I told her I wasn’t sure I could possibly get out of my car and into a new one and she said “I can make anything happen”. And she did! I bought my last car certified pre-owned from Kia Clarksville, a deal facilitated by James Sanders at the time, and now my first NEW car with Donna. I will absolutely consider coming back a third time for another Kia when it’s time to upgrade or replace my fiancés vehicle in the not too distant future(she likes the new Tellurides). The service department has also always taken good care of any issues I’ve had and respected my time, typically finishing oil changes/service well within the promised time slot.
