“I came in for a repair on my vehicle and left with a new one! Donna did an excellent job of capitalizing on my “walk through the lot”. I told her I wasn’t sure I could possibly get out of my car and into a new one and she said “I can make anything happen”. And she did! I bought my last car certified pre-owned from Kia Clarksville, a deal facilitated by James Sanders at the time, and now my first NEW car with Donna. I will absolutely consider coming back a third time for another Kia when it’s time to upgrade or replace my fiancés vehicle in the not too distant future(she likes the new Tellurides).
