“We had a VERY DISSAPOINTING Purchasing experience with Larry H Miller Jeep dealership in Avondale!!!!! With 40,000 in cashiers checks and a trade in of our 2021 Jeep wrangler valued at $23,000 a copy of the pink slip for Jeep with the promise that the original pink slip would arrive in 3 days and be delivered to dealership. The finance manager would not release our new 2026 Jeep Rubicon until he had the original pink slip in hand!!!! I have had two other experiences where I had NO Pink slip and the dealership was able to get an electronic copy from the DMV and complete the deal on the spot. The other experience was an out of state trade in of my 2000 Jeep wrangler in Reno Nevada where the hard top and pink slip were both at my home in Northern California The dealer closed the deal on the spot as I took my new corvette home and the dealer Came to my home a few days later and picked up the hard top and pink slip. I found it unbelievable, that the Jeep dealer known as Larry H Miller did not want to complete the deal and deliver my New 2026 Jeep Rubicon to me the day that we agreed to bring in the checks and the trade-in and sign any papers necessary. I feel they were unreasonable as stated above I had other experience with other dealerships that went further out of their way to make their customers happy I can’t help, but think Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep does not want to satisfy their customer Out of the way step to provide good customer service. As I have experienced two other times in my car purchasing experience. In closing, I personally will not and cannot recommend Larry H Miller and when I’m purchasing my next jeep, I will be sure to purchase it anywhere except any Larry H Miller dealerships as I am a strong proponent of CUSTOMER SERVICE and clearly I did not feel that my money and time were valued I hope this helps any future customers avoid any possible pitfalls. I am 64 years old and have made well over 15 new car and boat purchases in my life and never have”
