“Brought a Venue in for service. They had it eight days and did nothing to fix the primary problem the car was in for. They actively lied to me about it when I picked the car up and said that, "The tech said it was working." Nope. Not at all. While they had the car, communication was extremely poor, and we heard nothing at all for the first six days. You are forced into a text message/AI system and you cannot get a response or a phone call. They performed work that was not authorized - a violation of Louisiana law - but didn't charge me for it after they were called on it. They claimed to have spun balanced the wheels, but there were no new weights on the wheels upon inspection. The entire experience was very poor, and the final response from the service manager - David Porter - was to simply blow me off. In more than 50 years of buying new cars and having work done at dealerships, this was the poorest experience I have had to date. No employee had any interest in doing even a minimum to keep a customer. It would be funny if it wasn't sad.”
