  I drove from out of town to get this truck, it was a beautiful truck and the price was great. I had to have it. My man Ben was wonderful throughout the process. I worked him starting Friday morning and picked up the truck Saturday morning 24 hours from our first conversation. Walked in and walked out in 1.5 hours with keys in my hand! That’s the way I love doing business.

  Outstanding service all around. The service department ROCKS!! Let me know what was being done. I purchased tires for my truck. Special shout out to the Parts Manager Derrick for helping and assisting me with everything. I'll definitely be back and will recommend people to come here. Great job all around and the waiting area is pretty good too. That parts Manager needs a raise.

  Was looking for my dream yellow Jeep online – saw this one posted and immediately inquired. Ben in sales was a great help, gave me everything I needed and explained the process the whole way through! Finance was also helpful - Mr. L I forgot his full name. Now I just have to get used to driving a Jeep LOL

  look at yelp reviews !!! I should have trusted them before wasting time. I been talking to a woman name Alexis about a ram 1500 for a couple days and came to an agreement about the price being out the door 28k. Im in Austin, So i always call and discuss prices out of town just to save my time and the other peoples time. I went in and was told someone was trying to buy this truck when we got there, which i understood it was a beautiful truck, but than apparently the person did not get a it when asked the gentleman hesitated and said “didnt get a good rate”…. But my wife heard the gentleman say “ the finance team is gone for the day ” with the past gentleman. Were talking number I am approved for three banks already prior . he brought a 31.7k price w/ 2,9k san antonio package and the 1k in fees and everything**. when i informed him of me talking to alexis and the whole deal prior. When talking he stated “ I cant pay your taxes, that package is not negotiable the package u get a check with the package , “ getting upset bc i guess he expect us to go into this blindsided and make a quick deal. I informed him im not paying more for that i was agreed upon and i have no need for that package . I told him i can go to 28.5k Him and his manager spencer came back with a new total. 31.3k w/ the San Antonio package off…. How does taking off 2.9k make a $400 difference.new total would have been 28.8k… $400 difference. When asked about this” it was at 33k” when I took a picture of the paper prior and got the out the door price earlier that week it was 31.2k before I negotiated w/ the woman.Me and my wife already see this is a corrupt dealership atp. The manager apologized and said hes sorry for me getting a price prior for coming from someone who should not be making those deals. We think the guy prior was wanting to pay more was coming back the next day bc the finance team was not there which is fine ! We have plenty of other options but what isnt fine is wasting our time, play

  I have A RAM 3500 Cummins diesel and I ran into an issue with my front fuel filter cover seemingly being welded to the housing. Great, i though a plastic housing and plastic cap, just what a HD truck needs more plastic. So of course the lug on the cover rounded off because why not, its plastic. Now for the good stuff.... Zach in parts had the cover ordered in no time and made it a point to call me as soon as it arrived. I hopped in the truck and headed out. Aaron my service advisor is very personable just a terrific guy. They got me in and as the hours ticked by i could hear the Dollar signs bouncing around in my head. No matter, it is a PITA job to get to the filter let alone get a stuck stripped cover off. Then just a short 2 hours later Aaron gets me and we head the the cashier. I was bracing for 700 or 800 dollars. Again; it is a Giant PITA job but when I looked down, I just smiled and reached out to Shake Aarons hand. Just phenomenal, These guys are the best. Oh how I wish there were other places here in San Antonio that take care of customers like I was taken care of. Absolutely the best service I have received here in San Antonio hands down.
