  Absolutely pathetic customer service. I walked into this dealership ready to put a down payment on a truck that day, and instead of treating me like a paying customer, I was treated like I didn’t belong there. After Trent showed us the truck, it was obvious he shared his opinion with the other salespeople because the attitude from all three of them completely changed. None of them would even entertain the idea of running numbers or discussing financing. Instead, they made comments implying my credit probably wasn’t good enough without knowing a single thing about my financial situation. The only conclusion I can come to is that they didn’t take me seriously because I’m a 21 year old girl. They judged me before giving me the chance to prove I was a legitimate buyer, and because of that, they lost an easy sale. If your sales team is going to stereotype customers instead of treating everyone with basic respect, don’t be surprised when people take their money elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Absolutely absurd. ****response to dealership reply below**** I do not know what the salesman told the manager, but the response from this dealership is simply not true. My mom directly asked what interest rate we could qualify for and what our payments might look like. Instead of inviting us inside to discuss numbers, we were given a vague ballpark estimate while standing outside. At no point were we ever asked to come in, review financing, or even begin the buying process. The salesman literally shook his head, looked away, and dismissed us. The manager appeared to do the same. We stood outside the entire time and were never taken seriously, despite being ready to put money down that day. It’s disappointing enough to be treated with such disrespect, but it’s even worse to see the dealership respond with false information to try to justify what happened.   Great experience at Schoner Chevrolet! Dylan Kamerer helped update my vehicle’s infotainment system and quickly fixed the issues I was having. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!

  I recently bought a car from Schoner and had an extremely positive experience all-around. I purchased my car from Derek and he couldn’t have been easier to work with during the entire buying process. He’s incredibly nice, responsive, and knowledgeable while keeping my budget in mind and being extremely respectful throughout the entire process. Derek and everyone else at the dealership were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Schoner to anyone looking for a car.

  Never buy a Chevrolet! Not a newer one anyway! I got my breaks done by a friend, not thinking anything of it because they are breaks. They’ve been the same to change for decades! For the most part at least! These new cars have computers in the breaks, and if you make any mistakes your car will not be able to be driven! My car is completely ruined because of some new computer system they decided to just throw in on some breaks!! You have to have a special scanner to even do the breaks, which is bizarre and complicated for absolutely no reason! I already pay an arm and leg for my vehicle, I pay over 500 a month for mine!! They want almost 400 dollars PER AXEL!!! That’s almost 1000 dollars to do some breaks!!! These new cars look nice only! They are only reliable if you have thousands saved up for simple repairs like breaks!! It’s absolutely sick that a break job is almost 400 for only one axel… FOR ONE!! That’s almost my car note itself! I would have to come up with 3X my car note just to fix breaks!! DO NOT BUY CHEVY!!

  Fantastic experience dealing with the crew at Schoner especially Derek! He was able to get me a great price on my dream truck and gave me a heck of a deal on shipping 10 hours away! Only reason I was able to follow through with purchasing without seeing it in person was because of the great reviews here on Google. They lived up to my expectations and made the purchase a breeze. Thank y’all again for everything. I just received the truck today so this based on my “day of” impressions.
