  This is a Sales Review, not a vehicle or service review: Service was great. Location: Odd and out of the way, actually in Tumwater. The facility: was beautiful. The kids enjoyed their brunch. Process: we ran into a couple of glitches during the purchasing process but were quickly resolved. I worked with Sergio who was really professional and knowledgable. Ian was great as well. He set out to earn our business (actually said so himself) and went above and beyond for us to make sure I got what I wanted. Time in and out: once the vehicle got there was under 2 hours with trade in process as well. I did have my own financing (check in hand) so that would also take some time off. But very quick on a Saturday afternoon. Overall: I give it a 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Thanks to the Toyota of Olympia team for making us happy customers.

  While I had driven Toyotas before, this was my first truck.I knew what I wanted to do with my truck, but was unsure about all the modifications I needed. From purchasing to modifying it, everyone has gone above and beyond for me. Kosal got me the exact truck I wanted and had excellent advice and expertise in that process. Thanks for some of the initial modifications, Kosal! Francisco has been excellent support in the process of more specific customization. Both Francisco and Jacob have been fair and have gone beyond my expectations. I am specifically pleased with my airbags—they knew what I wanted and got me what I needed! Shout out to Debbie for getting me and my family where I needed to be countless times now. Thanks, guys!!

  I have been working with Taron B at Toyota for about a year. I went back in forth between the new Land Cruiser and new 4 Runner. Taron took the time sharing his knowledge and expertise of both the differences of each make and model, their packages and features. He was patient with my decision making. I never felt rushed or pressured. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Taron if they want quality customer service at the center of their buying experience. That said, I decided to buy a 2026 4 Runner TRD Sport Premium in the color Underground. I love this color, it changes depending on the lighting. This is my first 4 Runner since my white 2nd Gen I had im HS and let me tell you, I LOVE driving this thing. Wish it came with steps but I bought the black tubes and they look great on the Sport model. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my experience and love my new ride. Glad to be back in the 4 Runner family and for Taron in helping make it happen. Can't wait till my next one!!!

  Wanted to add a quick update. We purchased this 2020 Mini Cooper for our daughter. She absolutely loves it. The team at Toyota of Olympia was phenomenal. After purchasing there was a small issue with the Electronic Parking Brake Switch. The team took care of it quickly and were just awesome. They didn't have to fix it, but they went out of their way to make sure the car was in perfect shape for our daughter. Special thanks to Mafi. He is a man of his word and exceptional to work with. We will 100% work with the team again on our next vehicle purchase. Lucky to have them close by.

  I had the pleasure of doing business with not just one employee but a whole team of remarkable people., Deion, Jessica, Shauna Isaiah and KC. My trade in was smooth, the patience was never lost. They ALL listened to my needs and my intentions. I felt very valued and not once was pressured. I can say today was a great day and the way they all Individually took care of me will truly be something I will remember. They all worked well together and it was an amazing experience!! I highly recommend Toyota of Olympia! Thank you guys so so much! I
