“I did not want this to escalate like it has, but I’ve been left with no choice after days of being patient and nice about issues and still no response from management. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had after a car purchase and it’s trickled down from the GM himself. I purchased a 26 QX60 at the end of February and it’s been a nightmare since day 2 of owning it. On day 2, I went down to the dealership on my own time to drop off the second fob from the car I traded in and let them know that the car was dirty, had fingerprints all over it, and had oil splatters all over the outside. This was definitely not there prior to arriving. After he told me multiple times to just take it to discount tire instead of trying to offer any assistance that the dealership could do, I left. He was more concerned about setting me up with some app instead of trying to help me. This was on a Sunday and all the discount tires and tire shops were closed. As I was driving home, I could hear the bolt loudly tinking as I was driving. This was definitely not present when I drove there. Unfortunately this left me stranded on the freeway with a flat tire when the bolt came loose. I had to call them multiple times and inform them what happened and have them come pick up the car. My husband then went down to the dealership to retrieve an AirTag out of my old car and spoke to the GM who seemed like he was upset about the situation and offered a restaurant gift card for the trouble since it was such a nightmare. We still don’t have this gift card after asking about it twice now and it’s been a month and a half already. Then they bring me in for a reconnect appointment and I mentioned the cars AC is musty, the pro pilot is pulling to the right too much, and the headlights are pointed at the ground. Due to them not having a full staff on ”
