“Was trying to purchase a vehicle through them. It was like pulling teeth for response and help from any of them. Called to speak to a sales manager and the lady wouldn’t transfer us. Finally got ahold of him but we kept being passed off onto someone else nothing was consistent. I was told he had 3 customers and his time was stretched thin but it seemed that way the entire time communicating with him. I dealt with Frank and Keith I’m not really sure who I was speaking to at which time. I’ve never had to try so hard to purchase something. Usually a sales associate is very responsive and helpful but here nothing was really helpful. Was really trying to purchase a 50g vehicle but the whole experience was not good so I decided to not give them my business and another one will come up. Maybe that’s why their vehicles are on the lot for so long.”
