“Pleasant shopping experience. I saw 3 cars I liked on their website. All were the same model, color & year. All had similar mileage & within my budget. A chat box rep checked inventory, vin number of the car I wanted & made an appointment for me that day. I was prepared to leave with the car. I'd checked insurance rates & had a pre-approved loan in progress. However, when I got there I was informed the car was sold days ago. The other 2 were not on the lot. A similar car was next to the sold one. I was given the key & test drove it. Nice but not one of the 3 cars I liked. Make sure you call the dealership (directly) to check availability before heading to the lot.”
