“Worst experience. My loan was already approved and the bank already sent the wire. I even sent them the wire confirmation. If they knew the money was not in their account yet, they should have told me that 3 hours earlier while the bank was still open instead of wasting everyone’s time. I sent my friend to pick up the van and he sat there for almost 4 hours waiting for an answer. Nobody gave him a straight answer. Every time he asked, he got a different response. At the end of the day they told him they could not release the van because the money had not reached their account yet. If that’s your policy, that’s fine, but tell people upfront. Don’t make someone sit there for hours without a clear answer. Because of their poor communication, my friend had to drive back the next day just to pick up the vehicle. I understand waiting for funds to clear, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. They need to do a much better job communicating with customers and respecting people’s time.”
