  Took the car in for a transmission fluid change. They performed their standard inspection, left the break fluid cap off, left the cabin vent tube disconnected, forgot to reinstall the battery cover, and left all of the surrounding wires unmounted. I have zero confidence that transmission fluid was replaced. Will never conduct business with this shop ever again. The shop hasn't bothered to return my emails or the $700 for the transmission change.

  Great experience at VW Kirkland. Luke was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle seen quickly. I really appreciated the excellent communication and customer service throughout the process. The inspection reports were also very thorough, easy to understand, and provided valuable insights into my vehicle’s condition. Thanks to Luke and the team for making the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

  BAD EXPERIENCE!. The people in the parts department were cool but..... Less than 30 days ago I needed a car, so I went to Volkswagen, for pre used car. The salesperson told me it was a certified pre owned car and that all the cars here go through rigorous testing before they're allowed on the lot. It has been less than 30 days and the check engine light came on. I was told they would pay for it and to bring it in. Once they diagnosed it, they have told me that they will not be paying to fix it, not even 30 days later, and the car has a problem. Don't buy from here. They will not take care of you. They are not your friends. BAD BUISNESS!!!!

  Five stars isn’t enough for the level of care I've received here. It's rare to feel like a sales team actually has your best interests in mind — but that is undoubtedly what I experienced with Volkswagen Kirkland. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported. Chris did an excellent job making the entire experience welcoming and stress-free. He answered every question honestly and showed me multiple options without pushing me into any of them. Tommy was also incredibly helpful, and went well out of his way to find THE perfect car that met my goals and stayed within my budget. I went to several dealerships before making my way to this one and can easily say that I wouldn’t want to do business anywhere else. Exceptional customer service, genuinely good people (shout out to all of the 12s here — go Hawks!), and top-tier cars. Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. To anyone looking for a positive and trustworthy car-buying experience, this is the place!

  Had a fantastic experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned GTI here. My salesman, David, was excellent, highly responsive throughout the entire process and went out of his way to leverage the service team so I could fully understand the car’s condition and history before buying. Even after the paperwork was signed, the top-notch service continued; I noticed the wiper blades were worn out, and they replaced them completely free of charge without any hassle. Highly recommend David and the team if you're looking for a smooth, honest buying experience!
