“I wish I could leave negative stars. My husband bought a car from here back in Feb of this year. In the beginning of May we got an oil change and they recommended an alignment. We decided it wouldn’t hurt because they should know what they’re talking about right? Wrong. 6 days later the outer edge of his front tires were completely shredded to the wire. We go to the dealership since they were the last ones to touch the car. Service manger comes out and takes pictures of the tire we brought, asks us if we hit anything with the car (obviously not) and said he’ll be back. We wait ten more minutes and he finally says we can come back to talk to one of his service technicians, Reno. We asked him how they’re going to make this right since it’s not normal for tires to be worn down to the wire within 6 days of an alignment. He had the audacity to look us in the face and say that is normal wear. I attached photos of what the tires looked like, anyone can see it’s not normal AT ALL. He then said he could give us a great deal if we buy two tires and he’ll give two free but we won’t be getting our $107 from the previous alignment. After that we walked out. It boggles my mind that a dealership wouldn’t even try to make it right, especially since we LITERALLY just bought the car in Feb 2026, not even SIX MONTHS AGO. You would think they would take better care of customers that spent $35k not even that long ago. Good luck to anyone wanting to buy a car and get service done on it. We won’t ever be coming back here again to spend our hard earned money.”
